The Place & Location

Cal Reiet is a very magical place. The whole place has a thoughtful design to make you feel at home. The grand and elegantly restored finca is surrounded by its own private gardens, pool, palm trees, juice bar and a beautiful yoga shala. Peaceful location with lovely staff and talented chefs, located in the charming historic village of Santanyí, with colorful shops and a famous street market. Beaches, hidden coves, and nature preserves and walking trails are within 5 to 10 minutes drive. A rental car is recommended for those who like to explore the area. Spa treatments are available at additional cost.

Program description

Each morning will begin with a meditation and breathing exercises. Followed by a Jivamukti Yoga class which will accommodate and extend practitioners of all levels. The afternoon classes will be restorative and will cover fundamentals of asana, bandha, pranayama, yoga philosophy and stillness. There will be time for questions and discussion.

HEIDI AEMISEGGER / DHYĀYINĪ DEVĪ

Heidi is an Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Vinyasa Yoga teacher (YACEP, E-RYT-500) and a student of life. During many years of practice, study and devotion she acquired a wide range of knowledge in Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy and Sanskrit which are also part of her teachings.

Heidi's authentic and holistic approach inspires passion for self-discovery and self-healing. She believes in the healing powers of yoga to overcome the limitations of the mind and for her teaching is not only an act of love but also part of her mission to bring trust, hope, courage and knowledge to people.
