SPRING RETREAT

9 - 12 MAY 2024

VALS, SWITZERLAND

When we think of spring, we often think of new beginnings and fresh starts. The weather is starting to warm up and the days are getting longer. We start feeling a shift inside. Just as flowers sprouting out of the earth, we are ready to leave our winter cocoons.

Inspired by the name of the beautiful venue we’ll be staying in – Brücke 49, (which means bridge in German), the theme of this retreat will revolve around exploring how we can create bridges between changes in our lives.

How can we make smooth transitions in these times? How can we be still and act with awareness when faced with adversities or challenges?

We'll be exploring these questions and more through yoga and meditation.

By creating a safe and grounded space for ourselves, we can begin to navigate these changes with more ease and grace.

There will be free time to explore the area. We will also delight ourselves in the magical thermal baths at 7132 Therme.

THE VENUE

After a private visit to Brücke 49, I fell so in love with the place that I wanted to share with others.

This year we'll be staying in the Brücke 49 apartments. These apartments offer a fresh and inviting space, combining comfort with the beauty of the Swiss Alps. It's the perfect setting for deepening your yoga practice, finding inner clarity, and simply enjoying a break surrounded by nature.

This retreat at Brücke 49 is an opportunity to immerse yourself in yoga and self-discovery, away from daily distractions. Expect a few days filled with meaningful yoga sessions, personal reflection, and the tranquility of the mountains..

A maximum of 8 participants can be accommodated in double rooms individually designed. Each 2 rooms share a spacious, stylish bathroom, as well as a separate toilet on the floor.

In the morning we will be spoiled with a nurturing brunch and in the evening we will enjoy delicious vegetarian/vegan treats by the Chef Miranda Külling.

The Yoga sessions take place in a beautiful room near the apartments. You can expect dynamic flows, but also relaxing sequences, also Meditation and Pranayama to start and end the day with clarity and intention.

I can respond individually to your needs and support you accordingly, because I like to  keep the number of participants small. So both advanced and beginners are welcome.
