About the Event
Spring reminds us the beauty of change
Nature graces us with its magic and as we say goodbye to winter, we slowly start to feel more joyful and alive. What have you learned during this time of withdrawal? What are the seeds that you want to plant? The retreat starts with the spring equinox and we will make a fire ceremony to welcome it. So nothing better than gathering together to practice, focus and create a field where everything is possible.
The Retreat
Each morning will begin with a meditation and pranayama practice. Followed by a combination of Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga classes which will accommodate and extend practitioners of all levels. The afternoon classes will be more restorative and will cover fundamentals of asana, bandha, pranayama, yoga philosophy and stillness. There will be time for questions and discussion.
